To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

📅 Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Consultation: deposit $100
• Other Services: $25 deposit
• Deposits go toward your total balance and must be paid at the time of booking.

• Final payment is due at the end of the service.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Debit/Credit cards (additional processing fees may apply).
• No refunds on completed services.

⏰ Late Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added.
• After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

👶 Children & Guests
• No extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.
• This helps maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients.

• Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless receiving a wash service.
• If your hair is tangled or unprepared, additional fees may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to love and celebrate their natural beauty, one loc at a time.
